Efstratios Papoutsis obtained the Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and the Master of Sciences degree in “Energy Production and Management” from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in 2010 and 2014. In 2018 he received the PhD degree for his research on the "Thermodynamic analysis of adsorption chillers" from the School of Mechanical Engineering of NTUA. Since 2019 is a member of SmartRue research team of NTUA. His research interests include energy storage systems and solar thermal power plants.
