Η Εριέττα Ι. Ζουντουρίδου αποφοίτησε από τη Σχολή Ηλεκτρολόγων Μηχανικών και Μηχανικών Υπολογιστών του Εθνικού Μετσόβιου Πολυτεχνείου (ΕΜΠ) και έλαβε το Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης στη Διοίκηση Τεχνολογικών Συστημάτων από το ΕΜΠ, το 2006 και το 2011 αντίστοιχα. Είναι υποψήφια διδάκτωρ του τομέα Ηλεκτρικής Ισχύος στο ΕΜΠ, ενώ ολοκληρώνει τις σπουδές της στο τμήμα Πολιτικών Μηχανικών του ΠΑΔΑ. Από το 2006 έως το 2008 εργάστηκε ως ερευνήτρια στο εργαστήριο ΑΠΕ και Υδρογόνου του Κέντρου Ανανεώσιμων Πηγών Ενέργειας (ΚΑΠΕ), ενώ κατά τη διάρκεια 2007 έως 2008 ήταν σύμβουλος στο Υπουργείο Περιβάλλοντος, Ενέργειας και Κλιματικής Αλλαγής. Σήμερα απασχολείται ως ερευνήτρια στο ΕΠΙΣΕΥ. Τα ερευνητικά της ενδιαφέροντα περιλαμβάνουν τον έλεγχο DC μικροδικτύων, τα μη επανδρωμένα αεροσκάφη, τις κυψέλες καυσίμου, τη διασπαρμένη παραγωγή και αποθήκευση, τα ηλεκτρικά οχήματα και τα FPGA. Είναι μέλος της ΙΕΕΕ και του ΤΕΕ.
